GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Operations Section of the US Army Corps of Engineers, St Paul District is solicitating the procurement of eighteen (18) new tension load cell assemblies for the LMI (Load Moment Indicators) on our Westmont bulkhead hoists. This is specifically for the M/D TOTCO 11033725-001 part (replaces TC-55K-E6110-01) which is an OEM component to our ten dam bulkhead hoists installed in the 1980?s. Quantity: eighteen (18) total? 55,000 lb capacity? 17-4 SST material? Single-bridge? Wrapped in anti-static protective packaging. Bubble-wrap and boxed individually.? MV/V? Include standard documentation and Operator and Maintenance manual.? Include Certificate of Conformance prior to shipment3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE/LOCATION:All components must be delivered FOB to Mississippi River Project Office (MRPO) in Fountain City, WI on or before September 1, 2026. Delivery hours are Monday thru Friday 07:00 ? 15:00. No deliveries will be accepted on weekends or federal holidays.The quoted price shall be FOB: Destination, with the Contractor responsible for all packaging, shipping and handling costs.
