Overview
BidPulsar is a federal opportunity discovery and analysis platform owned and operated by Federal Bid Partners LLC. The Service aggregates and presents public information for convenience and research purposes.
BidPulsar is not affiliated with the U.S. Government. Users are responsible for verifying official solicitation details on SAM.gov and for all decisions related to bidding.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. If you use BidPulsar on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Use BidPulsar only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not interfere with site operations, security, or availability.
- Do not attempt to access non-public systems or data.
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or abusive communications.
Intellectual property
BidPulsar—including the website, UI, design, code, databases, data processing pipelines, indexing strategies, prompts, templates, and generated analyses—is owned by Federal Bid Partners LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No transfer of ownership.
Nothing in these Terms or the Privacy Policy transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. All rights are expressly reserved by Federal Bid Partners LLC.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, rent, or commercially exploit BidPulsar content or software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or prompts.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest BidPulsar at scale, including via bots, spiders, or automated scripts.
- Use BidPulsar output to create or improve a competing product or dataset.
- Bypass rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls.
- Remove or alter attribution, proprietary notices, or branding.
- Misrepresent BidPulsar as an official government source.
BidPulsar may include calculators, readiness tools, or compliance-related utilities. You may not copy or repackage these tools, their outputs, templates, or workflows.
Disclaimers
BidPulsar provides information for research and convenience. The Service may contain errors, omissions, or delays. BidPulsar does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Official solicitation terms, amendments, attachments, and requirements are controlled by the issuing agency and official sources (including SAM.gov). Users must verify details before bidding.
Any analysis or suggestions provided by BidPulsar are informational and do not constitute legal, accounting, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Federal Bid Partners LLC and BidPulsar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Federal Bid Partners LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Federal Bid Partners LLC from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
