Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to Cornerturn LLC. (Cage: 3QXZ5) for the production and delivery of procurement is for twelve (12) Transducer Health Assess Device (THAD) Test Sets (Part Number(P/N) CT1801-001, National Stock Number (NSN) 4920-01-695-6863); quantity two (2) for the base period and quantity five (5) for the first option period and quantity five (5) for the second option period.
The Government intends to procure the above effort under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible source are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
