Description

The Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center has identified the need for updated Doors and Egress Turnstiles within B117 and B156. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12441926Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Fort Simcoe Multiple Building Life Safety Improvements.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238390 The small business size standard is $19M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 

This project is at the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, located approximately 5 miles west of White Swan, Washington. The address is 40 Abella Lane, White Swan, Washington, 98952. Driving Directions can be obtained by calling the Center at 509-874-2244.

For additional information, Offeror's should review the solicitation and attachments in their entirety.

There will be one (1) site visit on 19 March 2026 at 0900 PDT. The location is 40 Abella Lane, White Swan, Washington, 98952. The POC is George Calfrobe. In order to facilitate conference preparations, contractors must RSVP with the number of attendees no later than 72 hours prior to the start of the site visit. RSVPs must be sent to George Calfrobe at george.calfrobe@usda.gov, and CC Nick Bartolomei at nicholas.bartolomei@usda.gov..
