Description
Notice of Intent for Teamcenter Premium Extended Maintenance
The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to award the Contract Modification on a sole source basis to STERLING COMPUTERS CORPORATION, under the authority of FAR Part 12. The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Headquarters (HQ) Digital Group for Aviation Product Lifecycle Management (AvPLM) requires Siemens Teamcenter premium Extended Maintenance (PEM) and software subscription licenses to support Siemens Teamcenter Aerospace and Defense commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software licenses and existing maintenance bundles.
STERLING COMPUTERS CORPORATION is the only known source capable of completing this requirement IAW FAR 16.507-7(a). This is due to the software’s unique and highly specialized characteristics and technical tools which allow data to be managed across its lifecycle. There are no authorized resellers for Siemens Teamcenter that could provide quotes for the requirement due to the software licenses and maintenance being on an existing contract with Sterling Computers Corporation.
Award is expected on 13 April 2026.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
