Project Title: PKA - B650 Repair Wastewater Pipes
Project Location: Building 650
The contractor is to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to repair the sanitary sewer system under Bldg 650. IAW - 2. SOW XDAT 24-1008 Repair Wastewater Pipes B650
This acquisition is a Firm-Fixed Price, Total Small Business Set-Aside.
Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained in Section L. The basis of awards is located in Section M.
Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.
POC: Contracting Specialist, Akeim Griffiths (akeim.griffiths@us.af.mil), Contracting Officer Brandon Spratt (brandon.spratt.2@us.af.mil). All correspondence shall be emailed to the Contracting Specialist with the Contracting Officer CC'd.
All questions shall be submitted in writing by email to both the Contracting Specialist and the Contracting Officer by close of business Monday, March 9th, 2026. Verbal questions shall NOT be accepted. Answers to questions shall be posted to SAM.gov. The government does not guarantee that questions received after March 9th, 2026 at close of business will be answered.
A Site Visit will be held for this project on Thursday, March 5th 2026, at 10:00 am PDT. There is a limit of 2 people per organization. Please provide the Full Name and Date of Birth for all members of your party to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by Tuesday March 3rd 2026. The meeting location will be at Bldg 650 where the work would take place.
