This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - "Acquisition of Commercial Items" and FAR Part 13.5 - “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items” and FAR Part 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 5 February 2026 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018926QL009 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/ .
