Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13.105. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for a subscription service for FeedbackNow for the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and the Product Service Code is DA10 IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. The anticipated period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order resulting from this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. Instructions to Quoters: Offerors shall submit a quote that includes pricing, technical capability (if applicable), and confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Quotes shall be submitted via email to jose.espinoza3@va.gov. Quote Due Date: Quotes are due no later than April 2nd, 2026 at 11:00am Pacific Time. Evaluation: The Government will evaluate quotes based on price and technical acceptability. Award will be made to the vendor whose quote represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer. See attached Request for Quote (RFQ), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and applicable provisions and clauses for full requirement details.
