SAM Notice Amendment #2 adds a PDF attachment “3rdEmail.pdf” that shares the text NSPIRES emailed to Science Mission Directorate List Serv subscribers on December 5, 2025. Open and carefully read the newest attachment for important changes.

SAM Notice Amendment #1. Due to the October 1 - November 12, 2025 federal funding lapse, this notice is amended A) to extend the “Date Offers Due”; B) to change the alternative point of contact; C) to announce the PDF file posted on NSPIRES that begins with the words “F.10 Payloads and Research Investigations on the Surface of the Moon”  is being clarified; and  D) to attach a PDF file entitled “2ndEmail”.

The “2ndEmail” attachment includes a new due date for the MANDATORY Step-1 Proposals,  an industry day or bidders virtual conference rescheduled date, and a brief summary of other IMPORTANT changes. 

Reminder: Interested parties/proposers MUST VISIT NSPIRES regularly to ensure that they have the most recent information and supporting materials. NASA plans, for example, to post a Frequently Asked (FAQ) document and periodically may add new files or edit existing files posted on NSPIRES under “Other Documents”.

On or after the publication date of this SAM.gov notice, the full, final text will be available for download from the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) at https://nspires.nasaprs.com by searching on number NNH25ZDA001N-PRISM or via the link provided. NASA may periodically update the PRISM landing page on NSPIRES to add other documents such as questions and answers or to revise and amend the solicitation. To stay up to date Interested parties/proposers must visit NSPIRES to ensure that they have the latest information available.

The attached PDF file entitled “1stEmail” is a copy of the text of an email NSPIRES sent to Science Mission Directorate List Serv subscribers and includes other important dates including a date for the MANDATORY Step-1 Proposals due date,  an industry day or bidders virtual conference.
