Due to the October 1 - November 12, 2025 federal funding lapse, this notice is amended A) to extend the “Date Offers Due”; B) to change the alternative point of contact; C) to announce the PDF file posted on NSPIRES that begins with the words “F.10 Payloads and Research Investigations on the Surface of the Moon” is being clarified; and D) to attach a PDF file entitled “2ndEmail”.
The “2ndEmail” attachment includes a new due date for the MANDATORY Step-1 Proposals, an industry day or bidders virtual conference rescheduled date, and a brief summary of other IMPORTANT changes.
