Update Number 0008: The purpose of amendment A0007 is to: 1) Provide Government Responses to Bidders Questions in Attachment L-1; 2) Add language in Section C-1.6 in red; 3) Delete references to Attachment J-6 in Section C-2.3.3; 4) Add clauses 52.225-1, 252.225-7002, 252.225-7019, 252.225-7050, 252.225-7062 in Section I; 5) Update Section J Attachments list in red1 (J-3 has been updated (CDRLs A025 and A026 only), J-6 has been deleted, and J-9 has been revised); 6) Add language in Sections L.1.5.2.1, L.2.1.2.3, L.2.1.3.3, L.2.1.4.1.i, and L.2.2.1.11 in red; and 7) Revise language in Sections M.1.2 and M.4.1.4 in red. Note: With this amendment, the Government provides its responses to all submitted bidders questions; questions that were subsequently withdrawn by bidders were not addressed and are considered closed.
