Description
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is requesting contractor services to provide repair and maintenance support of the existing Lenel OnGuard Access Control System. The contractor shall provide Lenel Certified security professionals in order to support the NMOTC security system. The contractor shall provide maintenance support services to meet NMOTC’s mission requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment required to perform all specified work in this maintenance agreement. Additionally, any and all required software maintenance to include software upgrades and patches shall be covered under this maintenance contract.
Coverage includes all hardware including panels, CAC readers, electric door locking devices, power supplies, batteries, mag locks, panic bars, power supply chargers and controllers, latches, electric strike dual locks, CAC readers. The following buildings to be serviced at NMOTC under this maintenance contract are buildings 498, 3944, 3845, 3801, 3860, 664, 665, 3933, 1954, 488 and 1644 on NAS Pensacola.
