Description
DSCR Key Box Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0017 is attached.
This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.3 – Other Than Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621. The small business size standard is $25M. Department of Labor Wage Determination Number: 2015-4331 Revision 32 applies. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract. Partial proposals will not be accepted. Pricing for all line items and options must be submitted with the proposal. Refer to the RFQ for applicable terms and conditions.
The purpose of this requirement is to provide extended support warranty services for installed electronic Key Boxes located throughout the Defense Supply Center Richmond. Services will include the timely telephone support, e-mail technical support, software updates, and replacement parts (other than consumables) for up to forty-one (41) installed electronic Key Boxes or Security Asset Managers (SAM), located throughout the Defense Supply Center Richmond. The award will be made on a sole source basis to Architectural Products of Virginia (3FH46). The Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition is attached. However, any interested vendor may contact the Contract Specialist with any questions or requests for additional information.
Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote submission. If you are not already registered in SAM, go to the SAM website at www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
