Description
1 SOCONS/PKA is pleased to provide a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Integrated Base Defense Security Systems (IBDSS) contract, a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The scope of this contract covers the entire spectrum of outcomes associated with the full lifecycle of delivery and support of electronic security, physical security and surveillance-type deliverable products capabilities. The PWS covers requirements as it relates to electronic security, physical security and surveillance-type deliverable product experience with specific COTS solutions and variations of project environments that range in risk and complexity based on sixe and other factors. Support under the PWS includes supply requirements such as material, shipping, travel, project/program/engineering management, installation, and other technical support associated with the development and delivery of electrnoic security, physical security and surveillance-type deliverable products.
The overall ceiling of the IDIQ is estimated $25M for a five (5) year ordering period. The total value of all delivery orders awarded under the IDIQ will not exceed this amount. Funding will be determined at the individual task order level.
The Government will award a Post-Award Conference to each IDIQ awardee. The delivery order for the Post-Award Conference is $2,500.00 and will satisfy the minimum order requirement. A Contractor that is awarded an IDIQ contract is not guaranteed any delivery order beyond the Post-Award Conference.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
