Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter at jaclyn.l.porter.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on 1 April 2026.

Solicitation N0042126Q1108 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Tektronix oscilloscope for items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1).

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum
requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
