The 9th Contracting Squadron, located on Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to delivery and install Dorm Furniture as outlined in the DRAFT Statement of Need detailing the requirement is attached for reference.
No Reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.).
The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award (Brand Name). However, if vendor has a solution that meets or exceeds the Statement of Need, vendor is encouraged to provide their product's capabilities.
Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement, specifications sheet, and any applicable GSA schedules pertaining to the sources sought by 9 February 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT, to the POCs identified in this sources sought.
