Description
This project will include removal and demo of existing pumps and pump motors, removal and demo of existing MCCs, and removal and demo if water level float sensing systems, including mercury switch technologies., Install new pumps and motors for all stations that have exceeded life cycle hours and /or are failing. Install new MCCs with soft starter tech and include an emergency diesel generator connector. Remove and replace existing alarms system with updated tech/cyber secure system, providing enhanced warning and emergency information, expediting response and safety. New PLCs will take inputs from water level sensors and MCC alarms and will send the alarms back to the operating building via radio. Some alarms are for high water and loss of power. The exact method for delivering these alarms to project to personnel during after hours is still being reviewed by UCIC (cyber center of expertise). The water level sensing system will feature Infra Red sensor and possible radar back-up to preclude freezing and other ambient weather conditions affecting the sensor accuracy. Completing this work will result in increased reliability during normal pumping operations and flood fighting events and improve flood risk management.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
