This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number (15A00026R00000014) is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-6. There is no set-aside for this requirement. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s) are identified in the SF-1449 RFP document. Also attached are Attachment 1 - Statement of Work; Attachment 2 - Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria; and Attachment 3 - Past and Present Performance Survey.
52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Responses are now due NLT at 11:59am ET on Friday, February 20, 2026.
