Description
This is a best value trade off source selection. This process permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non-cost factors and allows FFDG to accept other than the lowest priced proposal. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important (approximately equal to or significantly less important) than cost or price. Award shall be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible by FFDG, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation's requirements, and is judged to represent best value to FFDG. FFDG intends to award without discussions.

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
