This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirement in the attachment. Request Access to the drawings through SAM only. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full specifications) to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Thursday 19 Mar 2026 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. IF shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping. Be a Small Business under NAICS 332710 to request access to the drawings through SAM.
