If you are an interested party that previously responded, you do not need to resubmit a completed questionnaire and capabilities statement. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for contractor support to provide scientific and technical services with experts in underwater explosions (UNDEX) and air explosions (AIREX) analysis of undersea and surface vessels utilizing specialized software codes. A single award Cost- Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract with a potential period of performance (PoP) of five years is anticipated. Services are currently being satisfied under contract N00167-20-D-0014 by T. Carroll Associates, Inc., contract N000167-18-D-0003 by The Survice Engineering Company LLC, and SeaPort Task Order N0016721F3014 by Thornton Tomasetti, Inc.
Included in, or attached to this notice is a 1) Market Research Questionnaire and 2) DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Industry is asked to review, complete to the best of their ability, and submit the market research questionnaire and questions related to the SOW by the due dates and times specified herein.
