Excavated material will be transported to and disposed in the Jacksonville Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) Release Zone A. Incidental work includes turbidity monitoring, environmental species monitoring, and sea turtle trawling.The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 5 March 2026 and bids will be due on or about 7 April 2026.The project estimated period of performance is as follows:The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 60 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP), (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 200 calendar days.
