Project Location: Shaw AFB, SC
This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition and installation of HVAC equipment in building 611 in accordance with the Statement of Work. The existing chiller and chilled water pump shall remain and be used in the design.
Period of Performance: Not to exceed 167 calendar days after Notice To Proceed issuance.
Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code 238220.
The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) is valued between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
A site visit is schedule for Tuesday, 3 February 2026 / 1:00 PM (local) EST. Site visit location is 330 Killian Avenue, Shaw AFB, SC 29152. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Please refer to attachments 14 through 16 to ensure to adhere to all requirements necessary to obtain a pass to access the installation. Escorts will NOT be provided.
