B1510 NDI HVAC Repair

This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and installation of HVAC equipment at building 1510 IAW the Statement of Work. The building is 4,400 square feet and conditioned with a 4-pipe system composed of a one-year-old chiller, 40-year-old air handling unit with straight ducted air, and a 9-year-old boiler system supply hot water coils. The air handling unit, hot water coils, and boiler will be the main components replaced. Period of Performance: Not to exceed 232 Calendar Days after Notice to Proceed issuance. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220.The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(d) is valued between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. ***A site visit is schedule for Tuesday, 3 February 2026 / 09:00 (local) EST.
