Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplementedwith the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be postedon both SAM.gov and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/).

The RFQ number is N0018926QW078. 

It is the responsibility of the vendor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clausesmay be accessed in full text at these addresses: https://www.acquisition.gov/far andhttps://www.acquisition.gov/dfars.

The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $15,000,000.

The requirement is 100 percent Small Business set aside and the Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside determination.

NLEC requires procurement of 50 seats for DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) to train our facilitators in two separate sessions (April and September). DISC is a quick and intuitive way for our enlisted sailors to understand themselves and others using DiSC—a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioral styles: D, I, S, and C. DISC is currently taught in NLEC’s ELD Courses. Due to the level of impact, DISC is required for enlisted leaders for both self-awareness and awareness of others.
