Description

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS OF QUOTES:
(1) Quote shall be submitted electronically no later than the due date of the solicitation via email to
Christin.t.griffin.civ@us.navy.mil
(2) Quoters shall comply with the detailed instructions for the format and content of the quotes contained herein;
quotes that do not comply will be considered unacceptable and may render the quote ineligible for award.
(3) Price quotes will be due on the closing date of subject RFQ and must be held firm for thirty (30) days
(4) Quoters shall submit any terms and conditions, licensing agreements, terms of service, or any other documents
that are required for the requirements in the solicitation to be met with the quote.
QUOTE CONTENT:
The quote should contain the following items in addition to other information required by this solicitation.
The quote should indicate the following:
• Solicitation Number
• Name and Address of Quoter, and Cage Code
• Point of Contact name, telephone number, and email address
• Quote valid of 30 days following the solicitation closing date
• Any terms and conditions, licensing agreements, terms of service, etc
• Country of Origin for all supplies
• Brand name items
• Lead time

The site visit will be held Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at 12:00 PM eastern time. The purpose of the Site Visit is
for interested vendors to familiarize themselves with the tasks at hand, verify space and logistics, and to ensure
complete understanding of the requirement by all parties. See solicitation for additional details. 

Solicitation will close on 10 February 2026 at 10:00AM.

AMENDMENT I- This amendment is to add answers to questions receieved during solicitation, which includes a striping layout and to extend the deadline from 5 February 2026 to 10 February 2026.
