This is a competitive action restricted to sources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN, in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provision 252.225-7042, Authorization to Perform, listed in this solicitation within DFARS provision 252.204-7998, Alternate A, Annual Representations and Certifications (DEVIATION 2026-O0043)(FEB 2026). Prior to award, quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability and authority to perform in Japan.
This solicitation similarly includes DFARS provision 252.225-7035, Buy American--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program Certificate, Alternate I, in said DFARS provision 252.204-7998. In accordance with this provision, the Government will give preference to U.S.-made and qualifying country end products. Only offers of U.S.-made or qualifying country-made items will be considered eligible for award without a price evaluation penalty.
Quoters are reminded of the requirements at FAR 52.209-6, Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment. As with all FAR requirements, please ensure you are familiar with those requirements prior to submitting your quotation.

-Page 1 - Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c filled out completely.
-Pages 3-7 - Unit and total pricing for all line items (CLINs 0001 through 0006).
