Description
Amendment 0002 for Solicitation R503-26 Mold Abatement at Various Base for a Second Site Walk, an extended Request for Information (RFI) period, and a extended Proposal Due Date. Extension is due to the high volume of buildings and locations. A Second Site Walk is scheduled for 29 January 2026 at 9:00 AM, PST. Meet at the FEAD Twentynine Palms Office, building 1138T3, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms CA. Offerors will be escorted to the site by the Government Representative after the initial meeting. The prospective superintendent shall attend the site visit. NOTE: Any Contractor personnel or their Subcontractor needing a visitors pass to the Base, must provide their full name, Company name, last four (4) numbers of their Social Security Number and the title of the project no later than 24 hours prior to the time of the site visit via email to Esmeralda Raggio, Contract Specialist at esmeralda.l.raggio.civ@us.navy.mil. All inquiries/Request for Information (RFIs) concerning any phase of this Solicitation order must be submitted in Attachment 1 RFI template no later than (NLT) 05:00 P.M. PST on 05 February 2026 in writing to Esmeralda Raggio, Contract Specialist, via email esmeralda.l.raggio.civ@us.navy.mil with a copy to Oksana Joye, Contracting Officer at Oksana.a.joye.civ@us.navy.mil. Offerors shall submit their proposal utilizing Attachment 2, Price Proposal Template. RFP due date and time is 19 February 2026 at 5:00 P.M. PST.
