THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO:
Rescind and replace Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation in its entirety.
- For ease of reference, new language is denoted in highlight below. Please note, it is the sole responsibility of the offerors to review the updated language and submit in accordance with the updated instructions.
The documents included in this amendment are:
- An addendum dated 02/23/2026 containing:
- Written narrative describing all revisions
- Written list of all RFIs and responses
- Revised and reissued drawing sheets and spec sections that address RFI responses
- There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of this solicitation as a result of this amendment and all other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect
