Description

The United States Coast Guard intends to award a sole source contract to TechOp Solutions International, Inc. for privacy and FOIA support services.  The anticipated period of performance for this contract is three (3) months.  This requirement is being solicited under FAR 12.202/6.103-1.  The rationale for this sole source acquisition is that the existing contract for the same services is in the process of being re-competed, but a new contract won’t be awarded by the end of the period of performance, which will result in a gap in services.  The subject three-month contract is intended to bridge this gap.  As the incumbent contractor, TechOp Solutions, is the only source with the ability to maintain the level of services required without a transition period until the competed contract is awarded.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement within 2 days of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
