Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support the upcoming acquisition of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification audit services for the Enterprise Service Operations Centre (ESOC). To that end, NCIA is issuing the attached RFI to solicit feedback from capable and interested industry partners.
This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and is not a request for bids. It is part of NCIA’s effort to ensure it has a clear understanding of the marketplace, available capabilities, and potential acquisition strategies.
NCIA values your insight and invites you to share relevant corporate capabilities and experience; review and comment on its draft requirements with a view to providing recommendations for improving performance outcomes, competition, and efficiency; and identify any risks or concerns that should be considered during planning.
Do NOT submit your RFI response to the Department of Commerce. Submission instructions and additional details can be found in the RFI.
The NCIA reference for this RFI is RFI-06843, and all correspondence concerning this matter should reference this number.
The response deadline is 12:00 hours CET on 13 March 2026.
Your participation in this RFI is greatly appreciated.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
