Description
DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.
Description of requirements: Three (3) Hydroformer Rotary Swaging Machines and One (1) Long Die Rotary Swaging Machine in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 26-13-1201. Performance period/completion 365 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Initial Inspection will be at Origin, and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK. The complete technical data package VIBB 26-13-1201 including machines, laser engraver, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tags, tooling, rigging, Installation, and Shipping requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
