If the Offeror does not become registered to receive contracts with an active Cage Code and show as active to receive contract awards in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. - The offeror is registered and has no active or inactive exclusions listed in their Entity Record on the System for Award Management (SAM). The government will check this in SAM.GOV.
- The metal roof system installer shall be approved, authorized, or licensed/certified in writing by the roof panel manufacturer and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as an approved, authorized, or licensed/certified installer with that manufacturer, and approved at a level capable of providing the specified warranty. weather event (e.g. hurricane). - The Offeror is to submit a valid North Carolina general contractor's license with a specialty “S” (Roofing) classification from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors (NCLBGC).
- The Offeror is to provide a warranty for all Workmanship for a duration of 10 years or longer.
- In order for an Offeror to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must show
previous experience with the type of work described in the SOW. Offerors must show previous experience on a minimum of two (2) contracts/projects.
- The offeror is to submit a technical proposal that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements set out in the Statement of Work (SOW).
