Description
This notice announces a modification to the previously awarded 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to increase its total capacity. The contract ceiling will be raised by $110,000,000, from $400,000,000 to a new total of $510,000,000. This award was made pursuant to the Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Defense, dated January 7, 2013, under SBA Requirement number KH1616087697J. The MACC has no pre-established fixed contract prices; instead, task orders are awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, with the scope and timing of work determined by the Contracting Officer or their authorized representative. Please note that no future task orders will be executed under this MACC, and only modifications to existing task orders are contemplated.

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
