SAM Notice Amendment #2: The file name starting with “C.13 Science Transport and Robotic Innovation. . .” has been updated with several changes. A) Visit and download the updated text available on the NNH25ZDA001BN-STRIDE URL listed under Links. B) Open and read carefully the new attachment called "STRIDE3rdEmail.pdf" that summarizes changes to the text. C) SMD periodically may add other documents such as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) posted 02182026, so interested parties/proposers must visit STRIDE’s NSPIRES landing page regularly to stay up to date. End of Amendment #2.

SAM Notice Amendment #1: NASA has decided to solicit STRIDE proposals and changed the Response Date. A) Visit and download the full, final text available from the new URL added under Links. B) Open and read carefully the new attachment called “2ndEmail.pdf” that summarizes key information from the full STRIDE text. C) SMD periodically may clarify or amend the solicitation or add other documents such as questions and answers and access details for a virtual meeting. Interested parties/proposers must visit STRIDE’s NSPIRES landing page regularly to stay up-to-date on any such changes. End of Amendment #1.

The attached PDF file labeled “1stEmail” is text that the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) sent to Science Mission Directorate (SMD) List Serv subscribers. Please open and read carefully the 1st email for an advanced notice from  SMD’s  Planetary Science Division’s (PSD) Mars Exploration Program (MEP).  If approved, PSD may solicit proposals from U. S. industry to conduct design studies of advanced robotic surface and aerial mobility systems with payload transportation and deployment capability for Mars surface operations and, where applicable, early stage prototyping of hardware for the same purpose.
