A site visit will take place on 11 March 2026 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Sondra Groth at sondra.groth@us.af.mil and Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 5 March 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. The email must contain who will be attending, phone numbers and emails for each individual, and if you will/will not need assistance getting on Tinker Air Force Base. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a Real ID and/or valid passport to be allowed on the installation.
