Ammendment 0003 The purpose of this amendment is as follows: To eliminate CLINS 0003,1003,2003,3003 and 4003 from the solicitation. To eliminate a non-applicable clause 252.215-7008. To extend the Due Date for Bids from February 4, 2026 10:00am to February 11, 2026 10: 00am. To incorporate new verbiage in the Instructions to bidders in Section L of SF1442. To incorporate a guarantee minimum amount. To incorporate the bonding capacity certification. To correct the number items in Schedule of Prices (Attachment 1) and the incorporate missing unit of measures.

Ammendment 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to change the date and time for receipt of bids from January 20, 2026 10:00am to February 4, 2026 10:00am. Sealed Offers in original and 1 copy to perform the require work are due at the place specidfied in Item 8 of the SF 1442 by 10:00am (PRLT) on February 4, 2026. Sealed envelopes containing offers shall be marked to show the offerors name and address, the solicitation number, and the date and time offers are due.
