AMENDMENT 0001: This IDIQ is set to be Firm-Fixed-Price with cost-only line items.
SYNOPSIS – The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in Crane, IN has a requirement for FSR support for ground based and low altitude electronic warfare (EW) radio frequency (RF) systems in support of missions in all Combatant Command, and other Areas of Operation as they are identified. The FSRs will provide technical support to end users of EW/RF systems, by training EW officers and individual units on system maintenance and operation. FSRs will travel to customers in both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.
The Government intends to issue a Non-Commercial, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane.
The Government intends to solicit this contract on a full and open competition basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1, after exclusion of sources IAW FAR 6.2, as a total small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The solicitation will be made available posted on https://www.sam.gov via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) SOLICITATION MODULE. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.sam.gov via the PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments.
