Description
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC); Supplies, Services, and Material Management Division (SSMMD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) # AOCSSB26R0023 for Conservation and Stabilization of the Plaster and Decorative Paint at the President’s Room Ceiling, S-216, United States Capitol Building.
This RFP will potentially result in the award of one (1) contract to the responsible Offeror that is actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and whose proposal provides the overall best value to the AOC in accordance with the requirements set forth by this solicitation and the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation will use the procedures in the AOC Contracting Manual, Chapter IX Acquisition Process, 9.1 Negotiated Acquisitions, 9.1.2 Source Selection Process, (a) Tradeoff Process.
