- A FS organized site visit will NOT be held. The project locations are open to the public and can be viewed by each prospective offeror. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.


- Requests For Information (RFI’s) are required to be submitted on attachment “7. RFI Form” and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than March 30th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.


- All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) no later than April 8th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
