Description

This amendment is issued to extend the solicitation due date and correct product specification information for CLINs 0001 and 0005.

  1. Extends the solicitation due date to 13 March 2026 @ 10:00AM PST
  2. Remove an incorrect specification listed in CLIN 0001.
  3. Reword description for CLIN 0005.
  4. Attach Solicitation Amendment SF30.
  5. Amends corresponding product specification information in the Brand Name Justification.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA461026Q0012 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of Phantom high-speed cameras and related accessories.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition.  Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein.

The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov).  Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.

This requirement has a Brand Name Justification for Phantom High-Speed Digital Cameras, see Attch 1_Sole Source Justification.
