Description
This solicitation W91CRB-26-R-5002, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Lithuania under FMS Case Designator LH-B-UCK, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) AE25070. This solicitation is for the provision of commercial equivalent AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices (NVD), Extended Warranty, Accessories, Test Sets, and Tool Sets.
This is Step One of a two-step sealed bidding process conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 Sealed Bidding. Offerors are instructed to submit Technical Proposals ONLY at this stage.
