Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare
Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Extreme Waves,
Inc. to purchase a quantity of two, 23-26 GHz Phased Array Antenna Systems (Part Number G2622-64VH-L16-INT).The
Government intends to negotiate solely with Extreme Waves, Inc., under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one
responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334220, and
the size standard is 1,250 employees.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to this
notice can be submitted via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) portal at https://piee.eb.mil
by 10 February 2026. All responses received by 10 February 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of
determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed
purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All responding
vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.
