Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940626QE012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The SF Form 1449 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses.
The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to procure a firm-fixed price contract for a replacement Auditory Brainstem Response/ Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) Equipment. The contractor shall provide One (1) OAE Equipment with any insert phones, headphones, transducers, oscillators, probes, computer (laptop or desktop), printer, software and software licenses, and other accessories required to perform auditory brainstem response / otoacoustic emission testing located at Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point (NHCCP), NC. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12.6; Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
