Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc.

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. of Santa Ana, California, pursuant to FAR 13.101(b). The requirement is for the purchase of the following: Item 0001: Antenna Printed Circuit Board Manufacturer: Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. P/N: TRX64_V1 QTY: 10 Item 0002: Stencil/Setup Manufacturer: Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. QTY:1 Item 0003: 10 sets of components Manufacturer: Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. QTY: 1 Item 0004: 10 pcs Assembly Manufacturer: Accurate Circuit Engineering, Inc. QTY: 1 Based on an approved Justification for Determination and Findings (DNF), the agency has identified only one responsible source, and no other supplier will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted DNF is attached to this Notice of Intent. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice, and must clearly demonstrate the firms capability to meet the Governments minimum technical and delivery requirements without unacceptable risk to quality, performance, or schedule.
