Proposal is hereby made to furnish and deliver to the LADWP, care of Jordan Tolle, F.O.B. cars or trucks, 111 SULFATE RD, KEELER, CA 93530, in accordance with IFB Number 134874, the following: 1, 1 EACH, NAICS 321991 Provide modular office building for Sulfate Yard; restrooms, break room, offices, appliances, etc. in accordance with these specifications and in accordance with the drawings package; The Contractor shall include the installation cost, anchors, and skirting; The Contractor shall provide permits for manufacture and delivery of modules to the site; for a lump sum price of: 2, 1 EACH, NAICS 561790 Furnish materials for passthrough/existing trailer modifications, roofing, decking and ADA ramp. Modular office enclosure passthrough/existing trailer modifications, roofing, decking, foundation, and ADA compliance ramp for the purpose of connecting existing modular office building to new modular office building at the same slope and elevation in accordance with the drawings package. Alterations and modifications must match existing material types, for a lump sum price of: 3, 1 EACH, NAICS 238190 Provide labor for passthrough/existing trailer modifications, roofing, decking and ADA ramp: Perform modifications and finishes to the existing modular office building which include and are not limited to walls/windows/doors removal, walls/windows/doors addition, repairing ceiling grid configuration, electrical wiring re-routing, and floor repairs in accordance with the drawings package, for a lump sum price of: 4, 1 EACH, NAICS 326191 Furnish plumbing materials; materials required to connect new modular office building to the existing sewer and water system as shown on the drawings package.
