Solicitation Information
All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Monday, April 6, 2026 @ 4:00 PM EST.
Solicitation N0042126Q1115 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for IBM (Customer ID: 9297752 / Passport Site #: 3066359) , under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s intial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than Monday, April 6th, 2026 @ 4:00 PM EST. Only brand name responses will be considered.

The drawing shall be witnessed by at least three persons, and the contract file shall contain the names and addresses of the witnesses and the person supervising the drawing.
