The Defense Health Agency (DHA), Healthcare Contracting Division - Northeast (HCD-NE), on behalf of 31st MDG Aviano Air Force Base is to issue a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements, for non-personal services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The contract is anticipated to be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The anticipated ordering period is from April 02, 2026, through April 01, 2031.
Requirement Description: Medical Gases and Dry Ice Delivery
- 31st MDG at Aviano Air Force Base has a requirement for medical grade gases and dry ice for general clinic operations. These gases include oxygen, liquid nitrogen, nitrogen, nitrous oxide anesthetic, carbon dioxide, cryogenic gas and dry ice for patient care at the medical treatment facility. Medical grade gases and dry ice must be delivered in accordance to a schedule on a weekly schedule and in compliance with all local laws, regulations and specifications established for distribution in accordance to the Statement of Work
- All vendors must have a DUNS number, a cage code, and shall be registered in WAWF to be considered for issuance of an agreement.
- The government will award a Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government. The government will evaluate quotes based on price, technical acceptability, and conformity to the solicitation.
Submission Instructions:
The government will consider questions to this announcement no later than (NLT) Thursday, 26 February 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the services on the Statement of work are invited to submit a response to this RFQ with a completed Price List NLT Friday, 06 March 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
