This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, a request for quotations, or an invitation for bids. This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to award a contract now or in the future. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
The Army Test Center (ATC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a reliable supply of various compressed, specialty, and custom-blended gases required for mission-critical testing activities. The purpose of this RFI is to identify suppliers who can meet the technical requirements detailed herein and who are in full compliance with all U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations, including FAR 52.204-25, "Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment."
The ATC requires a consistent and reliable supply of gases for ongoing testing and evaluation programs supporting Army modernization and readiness. The required gases are detailed in the two tables below. Respondents should indicate their capability to provide gases of similar type, grade, and complexity.
