Description

Project Title: DFAC Roof Repair

Project Location: Eielson AFB, Alaska

Amendment 1:

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Remove unnecessary Clauses pertaining only to Far part 12 and 13,

2) Attach missing As Built Drawings,

2) Attach QA sheet in response to site visit,

4) Update the SOW and specifications in accordance with answers on QA Sheet,

5) all other terms and conditions will remain.

The purpose of this requirement is for the demo and replacement of the existing roofing systems of the Dining Facility (DFAC). This requirement shall include the procurement of all necessary resources, including plant management, supervision, labor, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, related services, and applicable licenses and permits to successfully complete the project as outlined in the SOW and project specifications.

A site visit will be conducted on 26 March 2026 at 10:00am AKDT Participants will meet at - B2258 3rd floor CONS conference room, Eielson AFB, Alaska with a location site visit to follow. Names of attendees to 354CONS.PKA.MonitorConstruction@us.af.mil with DFAC Roof site visit in the subject line due by 8:00am AKDT on 26 March 2026.

Questions are due no later than 31 March 2026 at 01:00pm AKDT All questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation posted to the SAM.gov website. IAW with FAR 14.202-8 Electronic bids, ONLY ELECTRONIC submissions will be accepted.

A. The NAICS code is 238160 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M.

B. The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f) is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.

C. See Section J for the List Attachments.

D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102.

E. The roof membrane manufacturer shall furnish a 20-year, no dollar limit (NDL) roof system materials and installation workmanship warranty.
